Mono Luxury HQ, Genting — Built for the King of Salad

When Malaysia's leading fresh salad brand needed a headquarters, they didn't want a generic office. They wanted a space that reflected who they are — natural, premium, and built to last. 3,000 square feet. Genting highlands. Every material chosen with purpose. This is how we built it.

The reception tells you everything about a brand before anyone says a word.

We flanked the feature wall with Polypropylene Laminated Fluted Panels — a warm, textured finish that brings natural character without the maintenance issues of real wood. The vertical lines draw the eye upward, making the space feel taller and more considered.

The reception counter kept it clean — white body, timber extension desk. Simple. Confident. Exactly right for a brand that believes less is more.

The workstations were fully fabricated by our team. Steel frame. Polypropylene Laminate surface.

Why Polypropylene Laminate for a workspace? It's health centric — no harmful emissions, easy to clean, resistant to daily wear. For a brand built around healthy living, the material choice had to match the values.

Overhead storage in TrueGrain Melamine — consistent wood tone throughout the floor. Warm. Grounded. Cohesive.

And the floor? We didn't touch the original structure. Grind, polish, paint. Zero waste. Full result. Sometimes the most sustainable decision is keeping what's already there.

3,000 square feet. One consistent material story. Zero compromise.

Planning an office fit-out? We work with brands who care about the details.
