How It Works

A particle accelerator generates high-speed electron beams that are precisely directed at the surface of the material being processed. This triggers high-energy polymerization and cross-linking of resin molecules, forming a coating layer.

Key advantage: No photoinitiators or solvents needed — zero VOC/TVOC, no benzene, toluene, or other harmful emissions.
